Homeowner Guarantee Explained

The Mitsubishi Electric Homeowner Guarantee for our domestic heating products means that you can be assured that during the guarantee period the claim process will be hassle free in the unlikely event of any components supplied by Mitsubishi Electric failing.

Our Homeowner Guarantee is dependent on the product(s) being registered within 3 months of them being installed and commissioned – you can find ​out more about registering your Ecodan ​guarantee later in this section. The length of our Homeowner Guarantee depends on what product is registered and in some cases who has supplied and fitted it, in any case if registered the guarantee period will not be less than three years.

Every Ecodan unit we sell is supplied with a freepost Homeowner Guarantee Registration Card. This is to be completed and returned by the end user to the following address:

Once received and processed we will write back to you within 28 days confirming the registration is complete and the length of warranty your product(s) have qualified for.

If you would rather call us to register your guarantee then that’s no problem, we can be reached on 0161 866 6064 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding English public holidays).

You will need to be in a position to supply us with all the information contained on the postal registration form.

Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit broking related to Mitsubishi Electric goods and services. Hire purchase / finance lease will be considered subject to status by an independent finance house as facilitated by Mitsubishi Electric. Finance house’s terms and conditions apply. Formal application is required for hire purchase / finance lease and includes a credit check. This brochure does not constitute an offer to supply goods / services or provide or arrange hire purchase / finance lease. Finance house reserves the right to use the indicative financial illustration during negotiations with your client and to withdraw / amend terms without reasoning.
